Countryfest Community Cinema

About Us

The Countryfest Community Cinema opened on February 11, 2011, after years of dedication, fundraising, and generous support from residents and businesses throughout Dauphin and the Parkland region.

Built by the community and operated as a non-profit theatre, the cinema was created to ensure that local families, friends, and visitors could continue enjoying first-run movies close to home. Thanks to the hard work of countless volunteers and supporters, the dream of having movie entertainment in Dauphin became a reality.

Today, the cinema operates as a welcoming family-friendly space where to gather, relax, and enjoy the magic of the big screen. As a non-profit, all revenue goes directly back into operations, maintenance, and improvements that keep the cinema running.
